VetHesap (the “App”) is a companion utility developed by DocPlant Doküman ve Yazılım Hizmetleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“DocPlant”, “we”) that lets veterinary clinics view their daily cash, product and clinical revenue. This policy explains what data the App processes.

Summary

VetHesap connects to your kasa: the main device in your clinic or, if you chose cloud mode, DocPlant’s server. The App uses no ad networks, analytics or third-party tracking SDKs and collects no usage data. It requires no account with DocPlant.

Data processed

  • Connection details — the server address, tenant/organisation code and sign-in credentials (username/password) you enter. These are stored only on your device in the operating system’s encrypted key store (Keystore/Keychain) and are transmitted over TLS to your kasa, for authentication.
  • Session token — stored encrypted on your device to keep you signed in.
  • Business data — revenue, transaction and product/clinical breakdowns fetched from your kasa are processed only to display them on screen; the App keeps no copy of them.

Remote connections and cloud mode

When you connect from outside your clinic, traffic passes through DocPlant’s relay server (rendezvous.docplant.com), encrypted in transit with TLS. The relay forwards it in real time to your main device and does not store or log its contents. If you choose cloud (hosted) mode, your business data is hosted on DocPlant’s server on your clinic’s behalf and used only to provide the service.

Data sharing

Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties. DocPlant handles it only as described above: it forwards remote traffic through the relay and, in cloud mode, hosts your kasa.

Data deletion

All on-device data is erased by removing the relevant kasa inside the App (Sign out) or by uninstalling the App. Permanent records of your business data live on your kasa (your main device, or DocPlant’s server in cloud mode). See Account & Data Deletion.

Children

The App is intended for professional business use and is not directed at children.
