Bu Kullanım Koşulları, DocPlant Doküman ve Yazılım Hizmetleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“DocPlant”, “biz”) tarafından geliştirilen VetHesap uygulamasının (“Uygulama”) kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Hizmetin tanımı
VetHesap, veteriner kliniklerinin günlük kasa, ürün ve klinik gelirlerini, kendi belirledikleri sunucuya bağlanarak görüntülemesini sağlayan bir yardımcı uygulamadır. Verilerin kalıcı kayıtları sizin sunucunuzda tutulur.
Kullanım
- Uygulamayı yalnızca yürürlükteki mevzuata uygun ve yetkili olduğunuz sunucu/kasa için kullanırsınız.
- Giriş bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve hesabınız altında yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Uygulamanın güvenliğini tehlikeye atmamayı, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı ve kötüye kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Veriler ve gizlilik
Uygulama DocPlant’a kişisel veya finansal veri göndermez. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası’na bakın.
Garanti reddi ve sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. İşletme verilerinizin doğruluğu ve yedeklenmesi, bağlandığınız sunucunun yöneticisinin sorumluluğundadır.
Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

These Terms of Use govern your use of VetHesap (the “App”), developed by DocPlant Doküman ve Yazılım Hizmetleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“DocPlant”, “we”). By using the App you agree to these terms.
What the App is
VetHesap is a companion utility that lets veterinary clinics view their daily cash, product and clinical revenue by connecting to a server they configure themselves. Permanent records of your data live on your own server.
Use
- You use the App only in compliance with applicable law and for a server/kasa you are authorised to access.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
- You agree not to compromise the App’s security, reverse-engineer it, or misuse it.
Data and privacy
The App sends no personal or financial data to DocPlant. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App. The accuracy and backup of your business data are the responsibility of the administrator of the server you connect to.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
